Policy Content

  1. Registration Transfer
  • Participants may transfer their booking to a friend without any cancellation fee.
  • The replacement must be informed to Parava before the trip date.
  1. Cancellation by Parava If the trip/trek is cancelled or postponed due to reasons such as:
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemic (COVID or similar health crises)
  • Adverse weather or safety concerns An alternate date will be provided. No refund will be issued.
  1. If You Cannot Join on the New Date If a participant cannot join the newly scheduled trip, they can:
  2. Send a Replacement: Transfer the booking to another person at no additional cost.
  3. Opt for Wallet Transfer:
  • Trip amount (after deducting 3% transfer fee) will be credited to your Parava Wallet.
  • Wallet balance can be used for future Parava trips only.
  • No bank refund will be processed.
  • Wallet transfer is applicable only once per postponement. Further changes will follow general cancellation rules.
  1. Auto-Cancellation Due to Non-Payment If a participant fails to pay two or more installments after the due date:
  • The booking will be automatically cancelled.
  • No refund will be issued.
  1. General Notes
  • Refunds are not applicable once the trip has started.
  • Parava reserves the right to modify or cancel itineraries in the interest of participant safety.
  • Wallet credits are non-transferable and non-refundable to bank accounts.
