Terms of Use

General These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made through Parava. By registering for a trip or trek, you agree to abide by these terms.
Eligibility Participants must be physically and mentally fit for the selected trip. Parava holds the right to deny participation based on medical or safety considerations.
Booking Confirmation A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or the first installment as specified in the trip details.
Payments & Installments

All installments must be paid on or before their due dates.
If two or more installments remain unpaid, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
No refund will be issued for cancellations caused by non-payment.

Registration Transfer Participants may transfer their registration to another person without any cancellation fee by notifying Parava before the trip/trek date.
Program Cancellation by Parava If a trip is cancelled or postponed due to government restrictions, COVID-related issues, or adverse weather conditions, an alternate date will be provided.

No refund will be issued in such cases.
Participants unable to join the new date may opt for wallet transfer or send a replacement (see Refund & Cancellation Policy).

Liability Parava shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay caused by natural disasters, accidents, or third-party negligence during the trip.
Conduct Participants are expected to maintain discipline and respect local customs, fellow travelers, and nature. Parava reserves the right to remove any participant causing disturbance or harm.
Intellectual Property All website content, including logos, images, and text, are owned by Parava and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala.
